Enjoy a weekend in the Hudson Valley, less than 2 hours from NYC.

Close to wineries, the Storm King Art Center, farm stands, antique stores, and flea markets. Our home for the weekend is a sprawling place with lots of history + charm, and many spaces to congregate + connect.

We have a great indoor yoga space or outside deck depending on the weather. There will be lots of yoga, delicious food, and good people. Opportunities abound to cook together, share stories around the dinner table, go for a long walk, lounge on the deck or in one of the many living spaces, and even hone your skills at the pool table in the game room.

Yoga classes offered will be both active + gentle. They will include breathing exercises + meditation, and all levels of yoga experience are welcome. Do as much or as little as you like.

This retreat fills up quickly, so sign up as soon as you know you want to come.
